   <title>More Stupidity : 19Jul05</title>
   <description> Deccan Chronicle&nbsp; 19 Jul 05 - More stupidity.
 This time, i've just underlined and highlighted the stupidity in red. See for yourself.
 1 ) It took them 5 years.
 2) After being tipped off, translation troubles.
 3) The whole world knows he is in Thailand, as well as that they need to translate stuff from English to Thai, but the DGP goes on record and says that the fugitive is in Asia, but i&nbsp;refuse to&nbsp;tell you where.
 &nbsp;

 &nbsp;

   Krushi Bank chief hiding in Thailand

 &nbsp;

  Hyderabad, July 18 : The Crime Investigation Department has learnt that Kosaraju Venkateswara Rao, who is wanted by the police in connection with a bank scam, is in Thailand. Venkateswara Rao was the chairman of Krushi Urban Co-operative Bank and had fled the country after the scam came to light in the year 2001. Interpol tipped off the Central Bureau of Investigation about his presence in Thailand and the information was passed on to the CB-CID.
   However, despite getting the information, nothing much has been done to extradite Venkateswara Rao because of the inordinate delay in translating the legal documents from English to Thai language. </description>

   <title>Stupidity : 19Jul05</title>
   <description> Below is an excerpt from and article that appeared in The Deccan Chronicle as front page news on 19 July 2005.
 My Observations :
 1) How can malaria and starvation deaths be confused ?
 2) It appears that these tribals have been fornicating and producing offspring, with no idea that they need to also support and provide for them.
 And so if people die, they think its the fault of the Government / Administration and the Tax payer, who has to provide them with the "constitutionally guaranteed right to live" !!
 The local MLA's are either idiots enough&nbsp;to think they can champion this as a human right violation, or that we cant see thru their scheming ways of trying to politicize an incident like this.
 What next ?&nbsp;
 They'll want to&nbsp;classify the use of Petroleum Jelly in sexual conduct as "Substance Abuse".
 And DC carries this article ??
 Front page !
 I think all responsible readers who agree that we should stop being subjected to trashy news copy should write in to these publications and ask them to get&nbsp;their act&nbsp;together.
 Instead our readers write in about asinine stuff like :
 "xyz bank is troubling me"
 or "RTC bus drivers are rude to me"
 &nbsp;
 &nbsp;

   Malaria is rights violation

   <title>It Starts here</title>
   <description> I am so sick of of the lame-ass reporting that happens in the local Hyderabadi dailies, that i decided to take it upon myself to be the watchdog and part-time critic of the&nbsp;rubbish they feed us as "news".
