Venkateswara Rao was the chairman of Krushi Urban Co-operative Bank and had fled the country after the scam came to light in the year 2001. Interpol tipped off the Central Bureau of Investigation about his presence in Thailand and the information was passed on to the CB-CID. My Observations : 1) How can malaria and starvation deaths be confused ? 2) It appears that these tribals have been fornicating and producing offspring, with no idea that they need to also support and provide for them. And so if people die, they think its the fault of the Government / Administration and the Tax payer, who has to provide them with the "constitutionally guaranteed right to live" !!
