Venkateswara Rao was the chairman of Krushi Urban Co-operative Bank and had fled the country after the scam came to light in the year 2001. Interpol tipped off the Central Bureau of Investigation about his presence in Thailand and the information was passed on to the CB-CID. My Observations : 1) How can malaria and starvation deaths be confused ? 2) It appears that these tribals have been fornicating and producing offspring, with no idea that they need to also support and provide for them. And so if people die, they think its the fault of the Government / Administration and the Tax payer, who has to provide them with the "constitutionally guaranteed right to live" !! The local MLA's are either idiots enough to think they can champion this as a human right violation, or that we cant see thru their scheming ways of trying to politicize an incident like this. What next ?  They'll want to classify the use of Petroleum Jelly in sexual conduct as "Substance Abuse". And DC carries this article ?? Front page ! I think all responsible readers who agree that we should stop being subjected to trashy news copy should write in to these publications and ask them to get their act together.
