  <title>Hyderabadi English</title>
  <link>http://blogs.fullhyderabad.com/showblog.php?blogId=1355</link>
  <description> A wry, humorous look at the various ways we communicate in Hyderabad. We know that we massacre the English language, yet we do so with indifference, preferring shortcuts to get our point across. After all "it is correct only, no ? Switch on the fan quickly, quickly, I am getting very hot, hot."

  <title>The English of the typical Hyderbadi educated working woman</title>
  <link>http://blogs.fullhyderabad.com/showblog.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=5965&amp;blogId=1355</link>
  <dc:description>&lt;p&gt;
It is interesting that most of us have been educated in English, but cannot speak it well. We think we can, but we spend a lot of time thinking in Telugu before replying in English. If we are speaking to somebody from North India, the average educated Hyderabadi will competently and purposely mix Hindi into the same English sentence. Why speak one language, when you can speak two ? After all, easy hai na ? !
