  <title>the start</title>

EVERYBODY&amp;nbsp;needs inspiration.you even need inspiration to get up from bed in the 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
morning to tackle the day.i guess it started with sharukh in omshanthi om, amir 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
in ghajini and john abraham in dostana. i felt ashamed, disgusted, and sat and 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
thought&amp;nbsp;for a long time and decided now is the time i decide to change things 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
and if not&amp;nbsp;now,its going to be never..
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
my back was operated upon,so i cant do strenuous stuff..EXCUSE
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
I&amp;nbsp;have&amp;nbsp;had a mild heart problem 10 years ago, i shouldnt do cardio..EXCUSE
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
I&amp;nbsp;have high bp..shouldnt do stressful excercises..EXCUSE
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
i decided to make the first step..walk. started walking 5 minutes at a time,
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
3 to 4 times a day&amp;nbsp;. today i walk 6 kilometers on the tread mill at 6.5km 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
an hour&#039;s pace&amp;nbsp;.i weigh 91.5 kilos today from the 106 that i was and am looking
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&amp;nbsp;forward to climb my personal mountains and reach my milestones that looked 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
so far away and probably unattainable.at least i think i can run towards them 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
today never mind&amp;nbsp; what i attain or achieve. it is the positive attitude that comes
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&amp;nbsp;with the adrenalin that is pumping in your body due to working out.the 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
endocrines that rush into&amp;nbsp;your system when you&amp;nbsp;workout make you look at life 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
in a compeltely new and vibrant perspective. that is probably why you see people 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
strutting their stuff (male and female) when they have fit bodies. hopefully i 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
will get there soon..this blog is also to inspire myself along with the others out 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
there who have trapped themselves by telling themselves they cant 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
when actually, they so...can.

  <title>The beginning of the end</title>

the first step is always the hardest. i found myself fat,jaded and disinterested
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
with nothing going my way since an unhealthy body begets unhealthy feelings
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&amp;nbsp;and thoughts. 5 years of suffering froma L4L5 slipped disc followed by a disc 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
removal operation,high blood pressure compounded with work pressures and 
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
anxieties of the future made life unbearable till...i decided to take the first step
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&amp;nbsp;i was 106 kilos and at 6feet height it was obesity.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
the first effort starts in the mind,decision and effort to back the the decision
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&amp;nbsp;it always starts with small walks.
