I started off working for an organisation that had 11 ppl. from where i moved to one which had a much larger number of ppl. but were spread all over the country, and now i am working for one of the biggest educational institutions in the country. During my first job I used to think abt. one day joining a big company and now that i am there i wonder whats so different (wrt the )...? Ghoom Phirke sab ek jaiseich hai... For one all the 3 co.'s had/have HR departments that suck big time...Marketing heads who dont know whats happening around them...and Supremos who relied on their deputies for most of the things and made dcisions that sucked bigtime...is it just a coincidence that they are all located in the vicinty of banjara hills???? i think so...
