Gifts That Make You Feel Like God! 2009
“Clothes woven with fabric of Love and Compassion,
Gifts packed with Affection and Aspiration,
Hands with platter full of Dreams and Colors,
Minds wandering in the greens of Heavens and Earth,
Days filled with Joy and Celebration,
Was it possible, only to the Gods?”
If NO is the answer, it is time for us to unite our hands in ‘Gifting Happiness’ to a myriad of Street
Urchins in the twin-cities, Hyderabad-Secunderabad, who wait and seek
our care, concern, affection and compassion.
Let’s welcome the New Year 2010 by
making these sweet little street children,
celebrate it with style!
With our used or unused clothes and gifts
packed for this moment and occasion which
gift happiness to these kids, don’t we feel like
Gods!?
Please donate generously any article which you feel can bestow happiness
and bring smiles to these kids. Just to list –
• Old, used clothes for ages 0 – 14; boys and girls (ensure that the
clothes are in good condition. Do not donate torn or soiled clothes)
• Toiletries like talcum powders, combs, soaps etc.(new)
• Chocolates and plum cup-cakes (Fresh)
• Packed assorted biscuits and sweets (Fresh)
• Slates and slate pencils
• Winter wear (not torn and soiled)
• Packed milk with storage period or shelf life
…… OR anything of your choice!
The collected gifts will be distributed to the children-on-the-streets
on 28.12.2009 evening. We solicit your service and transportation
volunteering also.
