No logic at all...

There are some concepts which has no logic at all. Even the most intelligent people are still thinking in a wrong way at these concepts. I don't know why they think so.

For example, in India there are many types of people, who belongs to different castes and religions. Religion concept has somewhat a little bit of logic. But the caste concept has no logic at all.
Let me say why I am saying so. I don't know what is this caste or religon until I get admission into sixth class. After that we came to know the words caste and religion.

I asked my elders, "What is caste?". They replied, "Caste denotes a group of people who do similar work. For example, some people make clothes. They belongs to one type of caste. Some people make pots. They belongs to one type of caste. Some people do business. They belongs to one type of caste. Some people do work in temples and they belongs to another type of caste. Some people work in farms and they belongs to another type of caste. Some people live only in forests and they belongs to another type of caste etc.,"

After listening his explanation a doubt arose in my mind. "If a person do a type of work...he belongs to a type of caste. That's ok.

But why the people are assigning the same caste to the sons and daughters of that person?" This is absolutely wrong.

Suppose if the wife belongs to one caste and the husband belongs to another caste, then what caste should we assign to the child of that couple? Some people assign the caste of father and some people assign the caste of mother to that child. Some people compares the two castes and may assign the caste which is higher than the second one. Who gave ranks to castes? The answer is...Some fellows who has no common sense.

If you think carefully, you can understand that there is no logic in the caste concept.

There is another mistake in the laws of Indian government. The government allows a person to change his / her religion. But doesn't allow the same person to change his / her caste. What a worst rule?

Let us think about the concept of religion also. If a person believes Jesus Christ and goes to Church, he / she is a Christian (according to human laws). If a person believes Lord Shiva or Lord Krishna etc., and goes to temple, he/ she is a Hindu (according to human laws). Here I have one doubt. If a person believes all Gods and goes to all types of temples like Church, Masjid etc., then what is his religion?

If one wants to assign a caste to a person, assign it according to the work doing by that person. What I want to say is...All boys and girls, who are going to school or college belongs to a one type of Caste called "Students". All males and females who are working belongs to a caste called "Employees". If a person is working as Police, his caste should be "Police" and his son is working as a software engineer, his caste should be "Software Engineer".

If people do so, there can be different types of people, who belongs to different types of castes in the same family. Caste should be dynamic but not static.

What do you say about it?
