What actually is work experience all about?
Is it the time spent at office working on some project without knowing the tail and head of it, putting all your efforts day-in and day-out into the completion of the functionality that you were supposed to accomplish? Or is it the tremendous learning that you encounter while doing the work? Or is it something in tackling the people around you???

Well that is how it works here..you do the work someone else takes the credit..well its been happening to me throughout. But i have learnt one thing no matter what happens we wont be losers at the end of the day..becoz we know for sure what we did and that i guess is enough for us to be happy about..just keep the faith and you would get ur due soon
