Maybe i dont have have my facts right, or maybe i tend to sideline a few worthless facts for sometime, but when people start talking about the promised land, the only question that comes to my mind is as to who promised them that land?
The arguement of the promised land just does not ring any bells in my head, Ok, some character who is known to exist only in a book , told some other character from the same book that there is this promised land full of nectar and gold (my additions) and so all his tribe should be moved in there, killing and looting the inhabitants of that land.

Its like saying, Ok, i had a dream last night, god asked me to snatch your house, take your car, your farm, your food and everything and then i ll put you in a dingy hut around the corner, and if you talk about why i am doing that, i ll whip your ass, i ll bomb your hut and i ll kill your kids. And if feel i am at loss because of you, i ll wipe out your kind.
