I do understand that you are trying to manage
and have that task as agenda for ARAM to function.
If you don't do those things then the already recruited
ones will be jobless and they need be gives a reason
for already recruited.
But again your managment skills are at Cyber Cafe,
and its sourroundings and that too you have to do
only when i come to the cyber cafe.
If you take your skills on the +ve side to the
company or a firm that would help already
recruited ones to follow along with you
and sing your script [ + or - ]
There is life beyond WEBCAM
and getting intrest to that you don't have
to use group2 for provokings or + or - .
This gives you a temporary job like them.
I have to come to the cyber cafe so that
the planned operations will take place
some times with changes and reusing the
already recruited ones time and again
just to give your management and tasks
a reason to prevail.
