The Hyderabadi Sexual Appetite
I am not sure how many of you have read the very interesting sex survey conducted by India Today magazine regarding the sexual activity of Hyderabad. I came across the article a while ago and thought it would be interesting to throw some light on the Hyderabadi sexual menu.
* Hyderabadi men are the most favorable to homosexuality in India. With 61% of the men agreeing with it. One in three men are homosexual. 22% of these are out of the closet and 13% are still in.
*One in four men agree to a sexual experience with a prostitute. Highest percent in Hyderabad and Chennai at 37%.
*83% of Hyderabadi men have had a sexual encounter with a prostitute at least once in their life.The highest percent in India.
*72% of Hyderabadi males approve of adultery. The highest percent in India.
*Approval of underage sex in Hyderabad is the highest in India at 78%
*One in every five men who was involved in partner swapping was persuaded by their partner. Again highest in Hyderabad at 52%
*Hyderabad leads with 41% of men who have experimented with sex toys
*2 out of 5 men like role playing during sex. Highest in Hyderabad at 56%
*2/3 of males feel their partner is adventurous when it comes to sex. Again highest at 84%
*Hyderabad high at men experimenting different positions during sex. 9 out of 10.
*Over one out of four men who have watched pornography watch it often. Men from Hyderabad at 54%
*Video pornography finds the highest patrons in Hyderabad at 70%
*20 percent of all porn-watching men in Hyderabad admit having made their own porn videos (LOL)
*46 percent of the females like to experiment with different positions while having sex. Hyderabad being the highest where 4 out of 5 females experiment with different positions.
So people, there is your scoop on the Hyderabadi sexual appetite. Hyderabadi men, WHAT DO YOU EAT???? Me thinks its all that gosht(meat;beef) that is making you so sexually active. As for the women, I didn't find much about their preferences but it could also be because they don't like sharing their sexual opinions.

*dont approve of adultery
*am indifferent to underage sex if it is by clear desire by both parties

56% of hyderabadi men have experimented with sex toys? what are these toys?
anyway, i doubt a survey that says 56% of hyderabadi men can afford, or even otherwise have access to a sex toy.

First of, thanks for pointing out the n typo.... I totally overlooked that.
As for the access to sex toys, why not? why do you think hyderabadi men cannot have access to sex toys? As to what they are, some man will have to enlighten us as I have no idea what men use.... :P

Oh, now, this is amusing! I didn't know laid back Hyderabad was literally that... laid back.
So what was the sample size? And how was the sampling done?
What is considered underage? Under 18?
So many questions.
And, would have liked better representation of females.
Note to P of A: Man. Lots of common household things can be used as sex toys. You just need an imagination. Or a dirty mind. (A dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste.)

Interesting eh? Yes I too would have liked a better representation of women. I think under 18 is underage. Hyderabad really, from what I saw last when I was there is that it really is like a big orgy.

Miss Khan, I don't know who does these surveys. As per one survey, at any point of time there are 1400 couples having sex. Now who reports these numbers are where are these numbers to be reported? And do these numbers include fornicating acts performed for pornographic movies or sex tapes? These are questions that need to be answered.

Cherie dear, there are some other stats you might like to know as well, like the fact that AP as a state has the highest rate of inbreeding and genetic disorders in the world, second only to Japan(an entire country).
AP (and the Hyderabad -Vizag zone in particular, has the highest AIDS rates in the country and one of the highest in Asia.
Hyderabad is being touted as the gay capital of India with the movement for gay rights in India having its nerve centre here.
AP (and Hyderabad in particular) has one of the highest rates of human trafficking in Asia.
So much for stimulating information and sex-related surveys.

Script Writer, I am not sure who does these surveys. I am thinking Ipsos reid. I thought the article was interesting so I decided to share it. Alas! I wish I could tell you if these stats are accurate or not.

In fact,Cherie, u can gain greater perspective from other treasure troves of knowledge, known to have a finger on the pulse of the youth, such as, Competition Success and Pratiyogita Darpan. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself greatly and we'd love to know what you learnt, via this blog. :D BTW, I'm not sure who does these surveys either but I'm guessing that it must be a rather exhausting job and shouldnt be spoken of lightly. When I was in college, we did a survey on the number of times girls who loved the color pink used the word "like" at random points in their conversation.THAT wasn't exhausting, but it was definitely fun, for sure.

as you know in hyderabad 60%non muslim are there in 60 % 50 % is gay and 10% also not living happy to them wife
