Traffic and Parking Solutions which
are helpful to curb the traffic and parking problems.
Vehicles parked on public roads are a cause of great inconvenience to everyone. Next time when you park somewhere, look around, see whether it causes inconvenience for others and/or blocks the way.
Since most of the commercial spaces have very little space reserved for parking, customers end up driving around for long to find a parking space and parking it on either side of road as they couldn’t find a parking spot, thus causing inconvenience to others by blocking the way. Owners of Residential and commercial spaces should reserve and create enough parking space as per the requirement instead of encouraging people to use public places for parking.
What we really need is to cut down on the number of people who park their vehicles on public roads. We should educate them to stop such practices. Educating people about traffic rules and to have organized behaviour on roads is the most required thing in controlling traffic and parking problems.
Safety is another issue. More accidents may occur because of heavy and haphazard traffic.
Perhaps it's time to go further and create a new system to overcome traffic and parking problems. To address this issues VChangeU has come out with an innovative solution called "Zero Error Zone"
Let's put a parking ban on residential streets, by making the streets as Zero Error Zone and the same can be implemented in commercial areas. Inform the police to tow away a car parked on the public places, let the owner of the car experience the pain for causing inconvenience to others by blocking the way.
"Have a Driving Sense along with your License"
Walking to the nearby market instead of driving.
Riding a bike for short distance.
Stop driving on the wrong side, go a bit extra and turn back.
Obey the traffic rules.
Stick to one lane while driving, do not switch lanes abruptly.
