Just when you start to believe that life has a unique way of separating friends, I was jolted by a call this morning. Mandy called me from Goa to announce that he is coming back to Hyderabad.

Came to know from the Google Group of Bangalore Bloggers that you've become a part of this group. First of all, welcome to the group.
As for your blog, an amazing first impression. I agree with the fact that most good friendships are formed in the funniest of ways. Maybe I ll post about how I became friends with a person who probably is my best friend till date. Quite an amazing story that.
Cheers........Jam

Nice one. I like your writing style. Easy to read and my vocab's a tad richer. (its not everyday that one comes across words such as 'enervating', 'vituperating').
Somewhere, I can empathise with what you've posted. There are some friends you don't have to keep in touch with religiously. When you meet them, you can take off from where you left. One of my fave quotes on friendship is 'A true friend is one you can sit with on a porch, not say a word at all, and walk away feeling like it was the most meaningful conversation you've ever had.'
Seriously, what would we do without friends!
