Three things that i learnt recently
1) Saw 'Sweet November' yesterday on a friends laptop. Learnt two things-
i)Some english movies can be as pathetic as telugu movies
ii)Its not a very good idea to watch movies in a laptop. The picture
quality is too bad. But if the idea is to watch the movie with in negatives , then you
can bet on a laptop and watch the movie from a certain tilted angle.
2) Thou shalt not put all thy eggs in one basket. This enlightment because of following reasons-
i)My lifes savings are depreciating big time in Reliance Petroleum and in Reliance Petrolium alone.
ii)I almost lost my wallet which contains my debit/credit/PAN cards and the leftover money to live-out this month.
3) I don't intend to buy a laptop anymore!

Sweet November is a bad movie: soppy and sweet. Whats more it makes Charlize Theron look bad. Even monster couldnt do that!

Does it really take a lousy female teacher of English to tell ya it's not about laptops, but LC displays?? :-P You can very well have the same problem with regular computers (desktops, as they are actually called, as opposed to laptops and palmtops), if they have liquid-crystal displays. Being flat, it's just natural one needs to sit right in front of them to get the best quality in images. Quite a trifling price to pay - in my opinion - for a monitor that doesn't affect your eyesight and renders obviously superior images.
P.S. Could I possibly have a look inside your temple now?

@me: Hmm...very techie for a lousy english teacher!(female or hemale) :-P Its a no-no to lcd then. will stick to my desktop( a flatron monitor of 17 inches at that)And yes, if it were my temple, you wud have been welcome. But neah, not in to the shrine of celibate Ayappa.Truce.
