GAY HO

Jackiechan | 05 July, 2009 15:43

The recent ruling of the Delhi High court decriminalizing Homosexuality is indeed a big blow to the citizens of this planet, nothwithstanding what the so called puritans of democratic, civilized society come up with in favour of gay rights.

If Gay attitude is tolerated then, it would become free for all and human race would fail in its attempt to safeguard and protect children, animals etc from these Gays.

If going against mother nature is considered hep, advanced, civilized, freedom, then we would rather prefer to live in an uncivilized and closed society.

The biggest threat to mankind from Gays would be safety of the children. The only silver lining would be that women would be safe from sexual assaults if majority of men turn gay.

Homosexuality is not going against mother nature. Most homosexuals are born naturally with those preferences, so it is the will of mother nature that they be homosexuals. And like gays cannot turn "normal", normal men cannot turn gay either.

You said: "The biggest threat to mankind from Gays would be safety of the children. The only silver lining would be that women would be safe from sexual assaults if majority of men turn gay."

WHAT???? REALLY!!!! a) even gays, for that matter, are raped - by so-called 'normal' men!!! children too by these very same set! so what safety are you talking about? - assaults on children and women (sometimes, men too) are done by psychotic criminal mindless goons - whether they are gay or normal!!!

b) When are you then "changing your strategy"? PLZ Grow Up!!!

You used the word 'queer' in your very first post on this blog. You probably are gay. Give in to your feelings. You'll feel better.

Henry

I do not understand what the word ' Queer' has got to with being gay.

What gives you the deeply regrettable impression that i am gay.

Get your head examined. Probably it is in the wrong place.

True, we should do all we can to not go against mother nature. While we are at it, let is petition for a legislation to decriminalize polygamy. Jai Ho!

The word 'queer' is related to being gay the same way being gay is related to performing sexual assaults on kids and women. Actually, more.

So you're gay then. Admit it. You WILL feel better.

No dearth of idiots

The discussion boards on Indian portals of all stripes are replete with nonsensical posts by uneducated literates on the topic of gay marriage. They raise the specter of apocalypse. What they fail to realize is that
1. just because a court rules that gay sex is OK does not mean that there will be a sudden surge in homosexual activity. Gays always had and will have consensual homosexual sex. It is just that they need not be worried about the local corrupt cop harassing them.
2. responsible homosexuals much like any other segment of citizenry DO NOT condone sexual (homo or hetero) assaults on minors. There are a lot more heterosexual assaults on minor girls by major adults. We as a society need to address this issue and not give it a Homo vs. Hetero shading.
3. As for bestiality, Bill Maher says it best in his critique of this braindead conservative argument. Something like, "when John and Timmy get married, the next thing you know the cat wants to blow them. How the cat knows they are married ...".

Open your minds you bigots. There is more to being educated than having a couple of letters trailing your name on a nameplate or having a cool looking signature in your email.

I don't think decriminalising homosexuals is going to make much of a difference, coz unfortunately for them, they will always be considered 'queer'. with respect to crime, I personally think people who assault can be both straight and gay, and that has less to do with homosexuality and more to do with a twisted brain...and it is probably THAT dimension which needs criminalising. I don't think gays will ever rise to attaining equality atleast for a long time...it still continues to be a heterosexual male's world, and like heterosexual women, I'm guessing gays too will have to contend with the glass ceiling in their normal lives. I'm not particularly opposed to homosexuality...it's tough to be opposed to the idea of mutual love between two individuals (whatever be their sex). But I don't know how broadminded I am capable of being about the issue...it's okay for me to support it in theory or even warmly welcome, and accept a gay friend into my home...but I would truly mind if a man I was very close to (father/brother/boyfriend/husband) was hit on by a gay man or showed gay tendencies himself. What I'm saying is that even liberalism has its boundaries.
