Best Text editor

I was just wondering if anybody out there have wanted similar features in a text editor as I wanted for, along with syntax highlighting

1. Quick phone book
2. Primitive Task manager (With coloring for Complete/Incomplete/Holidays in a calendar month)
3. Snippet manager
4. Primitive backup manager
5. Custom language definitions
6. Password manager
7. Keyword facility for files for quick index search
8. Sort data ascending and descending
9. Convert all delimited row data to column data(ex.. I many times have to go to each word in a sentence and press <Enter> to bring them to next line)
10. Customizable themes for colors and fonts (viz. Mainframe, General etc)
11. A 4 panel Clip board with 2.5K data capacity in each panel
12. Log time for a particular activity
13. Associate a extension to a language so that the syntax highlighting is automatic
14. Specify files which should be opened as read-only mode so that everytime you dont have to specify it
15. Quickly convert the currently opened file to read-only mode by a mouseclick
16. Above All its a freeware

The regular features of course are there (except print preview and FTP)
