So there I was happy and joyous at having set foot on the American soil. My first trip to US!! A hundred thousand thoughts crossing over in my head. However over the last 2 weeks I have been able to get over that over-excitement. I have been able to put down my observations into coherent words.
Domestic Airlines. Homegrown Jet Airways is leagues ahead of the United Airlines here. They (UA) would put our government offices to shame when it comes to impolite behavior. I was put in an earlier flight and one of the two bags of mine came in the next. Wow! And front desk girls sure thought I was lucky to fly with them. So much for modern technology and customer service. And my friends here tell me that UA is predictable when it comes to handling luggage. I
